Don't listen to this idiot, he gave himself diabetes from taking too much insulin, and on top of that he claims to be a bodybuilding "expert" and he doesn't even know what "glucogenesis" is.  ::)

Biceps is right, all Milos's shit will go right through your system and do nothing. Plus you will be in the poor house.

begin the day with 250mg test injected to the butt
insulin at 10-15units with carbo meal
2-5dianabol tablets 5-10mg each

head out to the gym

train and drink yuor ananas juice in between sets or other fast sugar crap

finish

go locker room inject 15 units insulin take good load of protien and carbs minimal fat

come home wait for evening ,,take your anti estrogen and ai for the day ,,do it late in the day its better so yuo dont hurt your initial training session since some get stiffer feeling on ae and ai,,

through out the dqay look in mirror and take ephedrine clen and t3 according to what mirror shows you,,want to reduce fat? use more of them,,want to maintain use minimal

that is what works
avoid supplements by any means beside protien poweders also not a must but its ok

By the statement "will go right through your system," are you implying that the body will absorb no caloric content from this meal?
If this is a correct statement, then we are on the verge of a weight loss supplement breakthrough.  Imagine, eating food and not absorbing it!

If this is an incorrect statement, and these nutrients, like those of all caloric nutrients are absorbed and utilized by the incredibly effective digestive system of humans, please explain yourself.

I can't believe you agree with Livewire? Please tell me you don't. That is scary if you do.

Even the guy who helped me diet (when I lost 40lbs of fat in about 6 months last year) agrees with Milos -- and he's completely independent and has no reasons to "take sides".

Amino acids, glutamine, peptides, creatine, hee haws, and hooly hoos are the scams that keep bodybuilding alive lol.

Creatine is cool but all else is for people with wishfull thinking, big dreams, and high hopes.

Just buy some glorious chicken.

Captain Slin says master blaster is dumb: http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=174874.msg2451208#msg2451208

Mater Blaster seems to agree with livewire: http://www.getbig.com/boards/index.php?topic=174874.msg2450118#msg2450118

Ergo, you agree with Livewire...or are you just having fun with Captain Slin?
