We have all seen it: lifts being doubted. From the truly unbelievable, such as benching 700 for reps weighing 123, to the 'possible but unlikely' stats such as 315 for reps at 200 after only 18 months of training. As a guideline for posters dumb enough to even claim stats here, let us create some categories.
Example (all weights 1RM):
T1: Teen, no video evidence required: bench 250, squat 330
T2: Teen, video may be demanded: bench 300, squat 400
T3: Teen, video evidence essential: bench 400, squat 550
T4: Teen, not even video will save you: all of the above as warmups, after 2 hours of cardio and 3 consecutive MMA fights, while on a private jet to Dubai, India.
Please update/expand.

So what you're saying is that you want me to post video evidence of my lifts (listed above)?

No, I could care less about any claims whatsoever. This is just to give prospective posters some rough handle on what to expect. If a teen wishes to avoid the wrath and ridicule of Squadfather, then he should opt for claims in the T1 zone. If he wants to stir up shit, or make doubters look like fools, he should opt for a higher class. This saves much time: nobody will debate either T1 or T4 lifts, so for people looking to troll T2 and 3 would be the best option.
