Title: Movies: Satanic possession and the Catholic Church?

Why are the Catholics the only church (in films) to combat Satanic possessions? Why no Baptist, Pentecostals, Presbyterians, Lutherans or Episcopalians etc.?

Some examples:

The Exorcism of Emily Rose
The Exorcists
Amityville Horror
The Omen series
Stigmata

and the like...

and the like...

Not sure...maybe some because they were based on true stories and the Cath. church was actually involved.  Maybe the totally fictional ones used Cath. priests because their "outfits" w/the collar etc. make for better movie flavor?
