good job,not freaky hard but good shape,legs are world class and calves sick,very arntz like in lower body,upper body has to get denser to battle ifbb,have to see if he has it in him to do what it takes .he already is playing the game now he needs to advance it.

Flex Lewis looks great compared to the other British bodybuilders but compared to the IFBB pros competing in the Olympia he wouldn't even come close to qualifying. He should take about five years out to put on some serious mass but even that won't guarantee him good placings. Genetics will always be his enemy what with his height and all.

He actually had a descent physique. He told a story once of how Flex Wheeler came to Dorian place, and Dorian had some huge dogs and Flex was scared. He also said the Flex one time said he wouldn't do 400 pound barbell rows, he asked why, Flex replied, "Because they hurt."
Needless to say, look where Flex was, and look where Jamo is and never was. He was always in the shadow of his buddy Dorian.

Lee mate, someone said that flex won't be succesful, he will only be a replacement Lee Priest (their words), to which i told them that if flex were to become a "replacement" Lee Priest, then he would be very succesful. But that ain't gonna happen, you are probab'y the best shorter bodybuilder ever. And your an Aussie like me :D
