im wonderin bout d same thing also dude... but then.. i wanna know.. if one doesnt do cardio at all but then eating clean.. its impossible to get lean wit abs?

Cardio on a empty stomach 1st thing in the morning gives more bang for the effort.
(esp w/ some HGH) But even natural its the best way to go.
If you want to not loose any beef, lower intensity cardio for longer duration.

yup. gotta cut carbs down and do at leat 5 days a week. tread mill incline, get a heart rate monitor to stay in your fat zone.

40 minutes to 1 hour fast walking in the morning before you have your breakfast and your meals should only contain:egg whites,oats,potatoes,chicken breasts,green salads.Train hard and fast.Try to keep your strength.Thats all!

True that. At best it will keep you from gaining additional pounds (fat). I have been losing/gaining the same 5 pounds for a year. I just can't get back on track. That's the downfall of only working 3 days a week. If I worked 5 the dieting would be a lot easier.

Ding Ding Ding!!!! Exactly what I do...30-45 minutes in the morn, 3.5-4.0 mph on the treadmill. A fat burner thrown in if not a black cup of coffee will work wonders...

In order to get ripped you have to determine your body type . If you are skinny then increase calorie intake which should be 15 x times body weight , weight training , and decrease cardio down to 2-3 times a week less than 30 min . If you are bulky decrease calorie intake at 10 x your current body weight, continue weight training ,and increase cardio to 7 -10 times a week Hope this helps.

its possible....nutrition is more important
