i am a college baseball pitcher and my coach wants me to gain 20 lbs by jan 08. I started taking tren extreme and use cyto gainer after work outs. Any other things i should be taking to help the process. i eat well about 5 meals a day lots of protein. Should i add in some omega-3 like fish and flax seed oils?

adding oil is a good way to add some calories per day + it's healthy

Food and lots of it.......... 6-8 meals a day.
Save your money bro.........use basic exercises and eat a lot.
Back in the day guys would drink a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs per day as well as the rest of their meals when bulking.

Dessicated liver tabs, lots of them, will stimulate appetite and are a good protein source.

To gain 20lbs you have to eat a ton of quality food. Good low glycemic carbs (brown rice, fruits, whole grain breads) and quality proteins.
As long as you are doing the nutrition side of it right I would just make sure you stay consistent with a high calorie weight gainer. My choice is definitely PVL by Mutant Mass and maybe an a quality vitamin pack. Some of the best ones even come with a fish oil (omega 3) in them.
In the end though it will all come down to how consistent you are. (Training+eating+supplements)

these guys are right , save your money ,have a workout plan and eat every 2 hours to make sure you are getting the calories in. You will get there if you stay with this plan.

load up on protein my man! how tall r u? maybe u r a hardgainer, and you have a superhigh metabolism. anyway, try good quality protein powders/weight gainers, but watch out for the ones with a high sugar content. i like n-large 2, but just my opinion. eat peanut butter sandwiches too, and drink alot of milk. (good stuff for muscle building!) ;)

What the fuck are all you people smoking? Tren xtreme is very effective eat a lot of protein like 300 grams per day. Make sure you take the tren with some fats and you can stack HMG to make a killer stack.
