isnt that some kind of liniment? not sure it would do anything but getting the muscle warm (if it's the type that makes it warm, there's other that makes it cold) might be an idea to use before warming up, say on knees before legs

i used to use on my shins before muay thai training

Time, rest, food, sleep, heals sore muscles......linament will just mask the pain by bringing blood to the area.

Switch your training around just until the soreness passes.......do legs tomorrow!!

lately i have been drinking  l glutamine+creatine monohydrate before and during my workouts.  instead of whey or anything else...because my diet is so high in protein right now my blood is already fully saturated with protein, so a shake isnt really going to do anything for me.

nomrally i will drink my l-glutamine with any large protein meals i have. ...increases your bodies utilization of the protein..

i did that on my first contest, got thick as hell 10 grams L-glutamine and 5g of creatine, before and after, was bad ass, the creatine kept me a little more bloated with water weight than i wanted, but i still looked thick as hell!
