I'm suprised his face has changed so much. Probably plastic surgery on top of gh use, botox, and some other shit I'm unaware of.
His forearms are a good indication that even at 60, if you're on gear/gh, to attain some muscle is pretty damn easy. ;)

His face always looked like meat when there wasn't a lot of makeup. The pictures of his face from first blood to now aren't incredibly different. Assassins used a ton of makeup.
Besides, the scene from First Blood where he dispatches all of the local sherrif's department and their dogs in the woods is awesome....

His face was thin throughout his career cause he had really low bf %...after he put on weight for Copland his face was never the same, plus he is alot heavier now then he was a few years ago.

I'd have to say Sly was at his biggest in either Cliffhanger or the Specialist. I'm leaning toward the Specialist he had like some kinda Kata scene in a weight room and looked jacked. The scene was kinda out of place and just in there to show off his body. Not that Sly would ever shamelessly show off his body ha ha.

don't know about his bench claims. possible i guess, but he wouldn't even dream of competing with franco on bp. that's ludicrous. i'd say it was just franco pushing sly to lift heavier weights.
as for the 500 squat claim. absolute bullshit. it is well known that the man never did any seriously heavy leg work and i've never seen him with legs that showed this. for the roles he played and for the type of appeal he was looking for they weren't necessary.
