I think Branch Warren uses the least range of motion and worst form of any pro I have ever seen. Those chain dips have him moving maybe 3 inches tops. The heavier bench presses (not the beastly ones with the two 45's and two 35's) look like they're bouncing right off his chest. The dumbell bench press and shoulder press maybe has 6 inches of movement on it. The only exercises where he seems to have decent form and a good range of motion are the isolation moves and maybe the squat.

I have the DVD. Branch warms up on lat pd with 230lbs. It looks good and gets you huge but that type training will eventually take you out.

Anyway,you must do with good result. I saw Tom Platz training in Venice. And that was the most terrible workout i have ever seen.
But,he was the one of the best bber on earth and he knows what he is doing. So Branch does also.
So I just shut up or asking them why they are doing that. But,what i dont do is talking shit or laugh about their training.
I know they are proffesional and not that much stupid as we imagine.
We can talk shit about their training system when we get better result than them.

Honestly, i think a LOT of people can bench as much if not more than they can row. It probably shouldn't be that way, but it is.

I guess.,maybe their concentration to the muscle is very high. Thats why they dont need that much weight.And also so afraid of muscle tear.

About Kai Green I dont know. But more or less, they are also proud of lifting huge weight and some time lift it.
I know paco Bautista personaly and once he told me that he did 800lbs squat for six reps in Venice California.
Then i asked him why he dont do it in Spain and train like that frequently. He told me that he was fvkin motivated in front of Flex wheeler,chris cormier and tom prince.And he said If he trains like that frequently, he would end up breaking knee,joint,tendon...etc.
They are so powerful that they can break them selves. Not only pro, i know several superheavy weight national contenders of spain and they dont lift that much heavy also. But once they psyc up,they lift like crazy puontages.

Because some people (like you?) are actually impressed when they hear numbers like that thrown around. I've said it before and I'll say it again: this is bodybuilding--not powerlifting. If you want to impress me with the lbs your lifting, you're barking up the wrong tree. People who care about the amount of weight you are lifting aren't in this sport.
If you stopped paying attention to those (bogus) claims, bodybuilders would stop making them. The next time you hear someone brag about their poundages, ask them why they aren't powerlifing. ::)
