I don't think I have ever started my own thread, but what the heck. I'm four weeks out from nationals. Looking forward to bringing it to Dallas.
-
As you probably already know, your best strategy from here is to go ahead and take your conditioning all the way, bro. You have just enough time to really get freaky. Show us something man, that's what we're here for. Post weekly pics from here on in to keep you motivated and we'll be rooting for you.
Man seriously, just go ahead and get sick shredded from here. How much do you feel like you have left in you at this point? I'm interested in hearing your thoughts.

Brought Conditioning in Early, nice work.
-
Great work ....it is going be tough for the other guys in your class.
-
small arms and legs, the legs are detailed but small, good conditioning.

If he comes down a little more they'll likely look bigger.

i don't know, how much more can he come down, he's already pretty shredded, needs to start site injecting his outer quads and bi's and tri's big time, then with that conditioning he'd be incredible.

what weight classs?

I wanna see him get crazy cut.

You working with Tom Prince?

Not to knock anyone, but I think it should be a prerequisite to list the amount of gear being taken at the time of the photo. For example, if I'm taking insulin/gh/winstrol/deca/test, etc, but only weigh 210lbs at 5' 8", it's not very impressive. If I were natural, it would be...that's kind of my point. It's honestly not too hard to build a decent physique with drugs...to build a freaky one with a moderate amount of usage, would be more impressive to me.
From now on, please state what you take to achieve the physique shown.
Nothing personal, but someone has to keep it real on here. Unfortunately, it makes me look like the bad guy every time, but oh well. ;)
-
I started my diet at 165 and have maintained around the same weight. I plan on coming down more, obviously. I'm not working with anyone. I keep my weight about the same all year round, do cardio all year round and train.

It really does, dude. Plus you've said the same thing like 8 million times already. Do you have any pictures of yourself before juice?

It's an expression meaning that he looks like he's about to burst , not a lean natural look . Don't sweat it .

Just think, if you actually knew how to run a cycle properly, you too could look like that ;) Then again, maybe not. ::)

I do not want to look like that nor do I want to use roids ...I like my " look "

agreed.
from where you are now, in 4 weeks time, you could be a walking side-show.
your best attribute is the fact your conditioning is awesome this far out.
i dont think you have the structure to compete in terms of muscularity, so use what you have in terms of conditioning as an offset to that.
best of luck.

the guy is a welterwgt, conditioning is key like middles he has that nailed, legs are seperated and even lower back is tight.good package overall ,the welters is becoming a good class ,,,good luck..

DUDE, he won the lightweight class at the USA last year !!!!
and he totally destroyed the field
You look amazing Alex 8)
-
Alex is one the top lightweight and welterweights around. He has been competing for awhile. Great conditioning as always.
-
Some of the responses in this thread show just how much some people know when they are critiquing a persons physique.
Alex is not really huge because he competes between 154-165 pounds..........he`ll be plenty big enough for his weightclass and I highly doubt if anyone will be better conditioned.
Pro-card just waiting for him at the Nats.

oh ok, I get it, you made a typo. you mean 4 days, not 4 weeks, right? lol, sorry dude, just had to say it because you're ready now and crazy ripped, good luck!

You look unreal and you already look to be drying out nicely. Not in the sense that your cutting water just that your body isn't holding its under your skin but in your muscle. I feel sorry for these guys that always have to "blame" it on juice. That is such a small part compared to diet. I have known guys juiced to the gills on Winni, Deca, Fina, and every other hardener out there and didn't come close to your conditioning. I congratulate you on staying the course, see it threw.
-
I just want to say thanks for the bodybuilders on here who have made things clear for me. And others, I do respect your opinions and wont start crap with you, my mind is on this show, thats pretty much it.
I did not post a front relaxed shot and a back shot to say that I'm huge and ready to take on anyone. Not at all. I had a leg work out, came home, went in the backyard, it was a hot day, my wife grabbed her camera and she shot these pics to see how my conditioning is looking. I dont work with anyone, photos is all I have to judge is Im making progress.
I felt at 4 weeks out, My conditioning is really good. I posted these pics because I wanted to get some momentum down the stretch. I will keep doing what needs to be done i.e. cardio, training, posing, eating and tanning. I will improve. I will drop some more weight. Not too much, but my back, legs and waist will get tighter. I still have 4 weeks.
Thank god for weight classes. Because if not, I would not be competing. Im not sure people know there are weight classes. I barely stand 5'4" and weigh 165 in the off season staying lean by doing cardio and training. I have not lost much weight size the start of my prep for this show. Im not trying to bulk up, gain alot of weight, compromise my conditioning to be in a higher weight class. I want to be an awesome welter or lightweight, thats it. Im realistic and know that my genetics wont allow me to be more and im not willing to do what it takes to gain alot of size. I just dont care. Conditioning is key for me. In the lighter weight classes, in my opinion conditioning is what wins since everyone weighs about the same. In the lightweights, welters and middles, no one will really impress with size. Its balance and conditiong
I will continue to do my thing. I might post some pics as I get dryer and tighter. Im very motivated and have had this show in mind since my class win at the 06 USA. I have kept my diet clean, trained and never let my weight get out of hand. I have had a goal in mind for the last 16 months and I want to work hard to achieve it. Take care and keep your eye out for me. thanks alex
-
You look fantastic, it's gonna be hard for anyone in your weight class to come in any more conditioned. 8)
Best of luck to you!
-
shut up stupid.
Epic Intelligent Reply ;)
Sounds like a 7th grader talking to his buddy when he calls him an idiot.
