So I was pulling out of a two way deadend where my uncle has a private parking spaceleft(A private place with grates where I have to pull out and bring the car onto the street, then go back and lock the gates to entrance of the private spot) right of the deadend.. left is a parking zone, while to the right there is no parking(so two cars can squeeze through). Anyways I pullout and am forced to make a wide right turn because the right is teeming with cars parked on the right curb... Usually I just turn right, but couldn't in this case because I'd scrape cars with my van.. the one's to the right who aren't even supposed to be there..
So I pullout safely and am driving forward putting on my right indicator.. Then there comes a bigass suv coming into the deadend where he too parks at the left end.. Anyways, we can't go by, as there are too many cars parked to my right.. So what he does is wait and allow me to zig-zag through.. I go forward, then turn left slowly, to let the suv through, but then my van's right rear fender scrapes the front right fender of one of the parked cars.. I am super pissed and since there's a green light, I make my turn and pullover to the street where I just turned into(which I can do cuz the van is commercial plate and I just had a fucking accident. Anyways, the #### in the car thinking I was trying to escape pulls out and does the same thing, broken front fender and all, car clanking along as they come up and pullover behind me.
They make a bigass scene, ask to see my lincense... They belittle me on the street. Anyways cops arrive like 1 1/2 hours late. He goes to the cop first and I also hand in the insurance, registration and license.. He explains, then I explain. The cop writes him a parking ticket first before even filling out the accident reports. ;D And the then tells the guy that he shouldn't have been parked there in the first place, and that he could have just backed up to allow me the room to bypass the car and avoid any chance of being hit, as there were no cars behind him. Plus bear in mind that my van has no side windows, the rearview mirrors are useless due to the cargo, so I only had my side mirrors.
MY van got a little mark on the back right fender, while his front left fender was smashed... hahaha he was demoralized.
And he had liability insurance, while my van had full coverage. So since he wasn't supposed to be parked there in the first place, and didn't back up to let me get past the other car, the accident will probably be pegged on him.. hahahaha
Plus, the van isn't even mine.. To the hell with my uncle if his insurance rate goes up.. But this was a weird situation.

i've been in two "accidents." Once I slid on some ice & gently tapped a minivan that was hanging out at a green light. The wife was all anal and made me give them my info. The husband saw that everything was fine and just wanted to leave.
another time I gently tapped a car that was reluctant to merge on to the freeway after a stop and go. Again, I was doing less than 5 mph . . . female driver & guy friend were cool about it.
My closest call was discovering that a Tahoe, a full-size dodge truck, and a minivan can all fit side by side on a two-lane Texas highway w/o clipping each other. A couple inches to the left & the two heaviest vehicles would have clipped/collided "head on" . . . later that night I wondered for a long time what was wrong w me that I would put myself in a situation like that.

I didn't. Hell, I kept level headed and asked him why he didn't just reverse.. And he protested, and I think he forgot that he was in a no parking zone and was blocking incoming and outcoming cars by taking up lane. ;D The cop blatantly pointed this out to him, as I've stated, and it kinda knocked the wind out of him.

I have a one ton crew cab Dually that I pull my race car trailer with.I usually don't drive it to work cause it is a gas hog. (454 4wd) Anyway awhile back I drove it to work and on my lunch I went to KFC and came back. Well as you can imagine it has a wide/large turning radius cause it is so long...well this idiot(who I hate anyway) was parked illegally right on the edge where I had to turn past a row of cars...His car is a POS..but I was carefully watching it so not to hit it and neglected to watch my right side close enough...well the rear fender on the dually clipped a coworkers 2006 Dodge truck.. >:( yes it was my fault...but if that other jackass had not been parked illegally I wouldn't have been in that situation.I had to pay the guy 800 bucks out of pocket to get it fixed.
