Do you have any to share?
I recently discovered chest/biceps.
(I know many use it, but it's new to me)
Anyone have any unique bodypart mixes that they love which are 'non-traditional'? thanks!

if you split up legs in quad and ham workouts you can get some original workouts for sure, adding an additional exercise to either one of them

i do right biceps and left delt on monday, left biceps and right delt on thursday, same goes for tris and legs which i do on tuesday and friday.

so when you train your delt you do one arm dumbbell press?
-
there are many exercises that you can do for just one side. for shoulders, front, side, & rear laterals can be done with one arm with either dumbbell or cables, also standing dumbbell or kettle bell presses, bent presses, one arm upright row, and rotations.

lol i could never do that. I'd worry that id be training one side more than the other, or if i cant make it to the gym one side would have gotten worked more than the other. Still, if it works for you.......

I have actually thought about trying something like that before. It makes just as much sense and any other split. I'm glad to see that somebody has tried it.

when i first started training i used chest/biceps. for about 6 months or so. the theory is to combine muscle groups that are total opposites; so the second muscle group worked out is completely fresh...
for example, this was my split
chest/biceps
back/triceps
shoulders/hams
quads/traps/calves
there are soem flaws with it, of course.... i was brand new to lifting. but i think thats pretty good for someone who never lifted weights. most guys start out with chest one day and biceps the next; then repeat. at least i was doing full body shit, you know..?
anyways; yeah...chest/bi's gave me some decent gains.
