i started training legs twice a week since the beggining of october...shit is blowing the fuck up
low reps on monday, 30 minute workout...high 20+ reps on friday
try it out if you need a change.

I can imagine it working for you.
That's a good plan but I am not trying to get mine any bigger at the momment.
Here's a good one for you though: 20 sets of controlled squats 8-20 reps each!

i woudlnt really work out legs if it werent for the advantages in testosterone and metabolism that training them gives you. more muscle=more calories burned and higher test..

i have been doing volume squats (20+ rep sets) lately and i like it much better than heavy-low rep sets.
alexxx dont stop training them just cause you want the rest to catch up...if you have great genes for a part then make the most of it

i would train them man. who cares about symetery

I still train them but with only 9 work sets of squats plus some extensions.
Once everything is in proportion though.. I will blast them!

I played 120 minutes of football (soccer) on Sunday and can barely walk. I have no idea how I'm going to train legs this week.
