how long youve been doing that one

how does that work out for ya

do you feel you 'feel' and 'work' the chest? do you get stronger? do you add more weights from time to time or reps?

i've been doing it for about six months but i change it a bit.so one time i may do 3 sets instead of 2 or skip the dips and add crossover and sometimes i start with bench press so its not always the same.i always feel sore the other day.

We should have an internet stats forum then.

Back to the topic at hand...........

Something i have been doing recently is kind of similar to pre exhausting the pecs before a pressing movement. What i do is 4 sets of flat flies then after those 4 sets, 4 sets of flat bench (preferably dumbbells) and do the same with inclines. I lost no strength on my presses and i felt my chest getting 'worked" a lot more than normal. Seriously, give it a go.

GR i would change it to

2-3 sets incline barbell press
2-3 sets incline flyes
2-3 sets flat bench press (or dummbels)
2-3 sets dips (weighted)

change it with dumbells from time to time... ;)

Kind of odd to be able to get that much weight on the incline press and also only doing 16 reps for bodyweight dips.  I do that many weighted dips but am nowhere near 325 on incline.  Also, I think incline flies are lousy chest exercises.  They put more stress on the shoulders than chest.

I agree. if you can incline that much weight, you should have a good upper chest.  are you contracting and using good form or just throwing the weight around??

Then you need to concentrate on using your pecs to control the weight as oppsed to your front delts. ;)

I actually really like Incline Flyes. The key is just go light and really focus on bringing the dumbbells together using your chest, and really squeeze hard at the top. Good finishing exercise after some heavy incline presses.
