Post by: Cleanest Natural on October 23, 2007, 08:28:29 AM: I apologize to everyone I lied about my lifts . They were 25 lb plates as well spotted by a natural bodybuilder here . It all started as a joke , but lately I just couldn't stand all the pressure from great naturals and genuinely creatine strong people like groink , playboy , squadfather , and many more. The plates were fake , the gym is a gym used for photoshoots for Flex Magazine Romania . I was just trying to fit in
(Get Big ) . To all the people I missled , SORRY ! I'm actually weak . :'(

I have been experiencing voices talking to me in various places and situations without any warning.

It's as if a living person is actually standing next to me talking very loudly and clear.....occasionally after i cant remember what was said to me......this has been happening for a long time now and occasionally it prevents me from sleeping

405x2 1/2 ..not 3 ...and 8 reps not hard. :) The most I've done was 100's for 10 ...but I almost never do front delts since they work a lot when benching...

250lbs looks about right for your chest development...try working it twice a week and see if you get any improvements
