ive been doing a ketogenic diet for about a week and a half, two weeks....have been using fish oil, egg yolks, and brazil nuts/sunflower seeds as my fat sources.
just picked up "thifat" from vpx....going to make it my only source of fats.
1 & 1/2 tablespoon twice daily..
i will let you guys know how it works.
