Body Fortress is NBTY (Natures Bounty).  It is the same thing as Puritans Pride, Precision Engineered, some Solgar products ect...

I would put faith in the quality.  The products are just pure creatine, glutamine, and so on.

Here is a list of the products that Natures Bounty manufactures:

Nature’s Bounty, Vitamin World, Puritan’s Pride, Holland & Barrett, Rexall, Sundown, Met-Rx, Worldwide Sport Nutrition, Osteo Bi-Flex, American Health, GNC(UK), DeTuinen, LeNaturiste, SISU, and Solgar.

In other words many of these same products are made in the same plant.  What each company decides to charge, how to market, and so on is up to them individually.

From the list there is a wide variety of price ranges there. Your logic is what made things like Cybergenics so popular in the 90s.  Completley overcharge for a vitamin or product and people believe that the product must work cause it costs so much.  Just some food for thought.

I wouldnt use any of those brands listed.

I only use proven and tested products, because like I said my body is my mecca, and i wont allow any ol' anything to go into it.

Everyone to their own, but the best whey I have ever had (and currently using) in terms of seeing results/no bloatiness/great taste/great ingredients is Holland and Barret pure whey bannana flavor.

it's got 23g of protein per small scoop and only around 80 kcals per scoop with hardly any carbs.

and it's a "CHEAP product" only 16 dollars when on offer for 1 kg  8)

For the same price, or a $1 more, you can get Six Star's products, also available at Wal-Mart.

Either way, if you're on a somewhat stringent budget, these brands would be a good option.

maybe theyre not what they used to be but still, a serving would be

Protein Blend (Milk protein concentrate, whey protein concentrate, L-Glutamine, dried egg white), maltodextrin

doesnt sound too bad, especially after training

Depends on how cheap it is, I wouldn't pay more the .50 per serving for it. I prefer 60grams waxy maize, 40 grams whey isolate and 10 grams glutamine very very effective. Little pricey, but hey I get shit at cost  :P

thats a perfect shake right there for post workout, just add some creatine, but get high quality whey isolate, either palumbo's or isopure ( they are the best).
