I got drunk last Sunday night and bought a Carvel Oreo ice cream cake from Dunkin Donuts.
I ate half of it before being disgusted with myself and I threw it away. :-X

Meddy, start out a little easier. Don't go straight to turkey and rice.
Have some french toast with Omega eggs, cinnimon & splenda and sprouted wheat or barley bread. Use low sugar jam instead of syrup. Start like that...
