Title: shopping online and dont get the package
Post by: kukacomone on October 30, 2007, 12:08:42 PM: I have ordered a package at puritan.at, and it should have already arrived, but it hasn't. I am Hungarian, the page is Austrian, but they deliver to my country. I have written them two emails, but there is no reply. Maybe they can't speak English? I do'nt speak German. Is there anything to do? Or shall I forget about my 140 euros? :( I payed with creditcard.

They're a reputable company (at least here in the states). Did they send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number?

Then, with that tracking number, you should be able to go to the shipping site (FedEx or whatever) and put that number in and find out the shipping status.

I just found an other email adress on theire site then what adress i used before, maybe i sent my mails to wrong adress. I sent them a new mail, asking about my package. I hope they answer. If they dont, i ask one of my german speakeing dude to help me finding out with what company do they shipping. Funny is that, i ordered a safety razor from the usa 3day later then i ordered these vitamins from austria, and the razor is here..

but as PL said if you got the tracking number go to the site of the delivery company and type it and see where it's at

you have to keep calling and terrorizing them and yes use the tracking number to trace the package.
