I'm going to go with MacDonald's press. If you've seen pictures of the guy, you'd think "no way is he gonna get that", but he did. With relatively shitty support gear and good form.

Yeah, Macdonald was a freak . . . although Hoornstra's claiming raw gym lift of 675, which would put him up there too . . .

he did it on video for his DVD, so that's not really debatable. there's also a picture of him hitting 715, but you might argue how much help his spotter is giving him.
