went to see my boy last nite got him to take some stuff off my cam (its an old one) and so i decided to put up a few clips
1. In these clips my bodyweight is sub 200.. I am between 190 and 197
2. these presses were done after incline presses so the dont represent me at peak strength
3. some of these clips are old and go back to feb this yr
4.arms were measured cold
5. these clips are for people who like to train and get motivated by seeing others train..not for internet war or fueds... so those wo feel the need flame away..those who enjoy lifting will appreciate or drop me pointers.. Im always open to constructive discussion

so i'm assuming the way you do it is to have one dumbbell pressing day and one barbell pressing day kind of like Ronnie does, right?

Looking good man! those first few vids you look like a child manhandling that shit..your pics show you've got some good size! maybe it's just the jump suit but DAMN good pressing! Way to man up and use the weight most people won't touch! ;D

yeah.. one week barbell .. one week dumbells...
on barbell day i start with flat bench
on dumbell day i start with incline presses.. given me good results tho my chest is my standout bodypart

MAN I REALLY WISH I COULD DO IT THAT WAY BUT EVERY TIME I'VE TRIED IT MY BARBELL LIFTS GO DOWN, I HAVE TO BB BENCH EVERY WEEK FOR ME TO MAINTAIN MY STRENGTH ON IT, SHIT I JUST REALIZED I HAD MY CAPS LOCK ON, SORRY.

one week.. barbell presses...
my bench went up from there...
i even stop benching for like a 3 month period.. dumbells are so much better
besides it doesnt really matter what ur bench is... i dont think about it all that much.. you seem like your into bbing more than me... if should be just about building your chest... heavy is relative long as ur going to failure...
which is why i keep my benching to 315.. i know i can bench a lot more and periodically... i max out... like every 5-6 months..

Good shit. As I recall you always seem to have great lifting technique on all of your lifts, much more impressive than the guys who lift more but slop it around. And your build shows the benefits.
But I still get blown away by the fact that you eat like shit and look like you do. Damn your parents and their awesome genetics!

thx man.... my brother is the same... we are 2 yrs apart and he is the same so its def the genes.. funny thing is my dad is 5'5 and my mom 5'7..
