Title: What is Gyno?

When you have too much testosterone, the body begins to produce more estrogen to try and balance the hormones. When a man's body produces too much estrogen, it can cause breast tissue to form. I believe around 5% of men get some kind of gyno during puberty, the rest is caused by using synthetic testosterone. Hope this helps

Thanks, so I assume this results in men with feminine breast. How noticeable can it get? Also, I assume this typically happens after you end a cycle?

It can get very bad, depending on a number of factors. It happens during a cycle when testosterone levels are at the highest.
