I've been craving one for months. Going to try one off from a restaurant near campus this weekend. That's about the only reason whatsoever to live in Philly.

I had some french bread pizza for lunch but man cheesesteaks blow everything out of the water.  There's a sub shop near where I work that I go to once in a while.  I always get the footlong philly cheese with extra steak.  I could live on that.

I've been reading cheeseteak recipes all day. All the Philly places make them with Cheese Wiz.  ???

Maybe it tastes good, but it sounds kinda odd. Most other areas tend to use provolone or American processed.
