I'm not going to read that, but if what you are implying is true, it's typical liberal/government thinking. Dummy everything down to the least common denominator to make all the loosers feel good.
If this keeps up, soon a "normal" BMI will be 35%. They'll call it "safety fat".

are you saying the physical i got last week which put my bmi at 26 isnt as important as my hydrostatic bodyfat measurement of 6.9? are diabetes and heart disease knocking on my front door?
