I know you guys love new clowns to prey upon....check mr. I squat 625 out at 175lbs. Again..much respect to the guys that go to the floor with anything over 315 or hell go to the floor period. Finding a good squat even to parallel nowadays is non existant in most gyms.
-
hmm that's pretty pathetic
-
I hope something really bad happens to him.

Watch "him" puff "his" chest out like "he's" some kind of tough guy after each set. ::)

He's using a cute little pad on the bar. Those bars are so rough.
Fag.
-
You're just "jelus" cause you're not the Italian Stallion.....
Seriously, what a fucking joke.
-
hahahhahahhhhahhhahaha, wtf!!!!
-
football squat
-
hahahaha, i love how it says, "405 warm up" at the beginning as if that's just light weight for him, hahahahaha, he couldn't squat 315 to parallel.
-
what a queer, I especially like the mp3 armband ::)
-
props to him for being able to hold that on his shoulders (i'm pretty sure walking out with 600+ would crush me), but jeezus the weights and his depth did the exact same thing: they kept getting higher.
i figured out how these guys squat. instead of aiming for depth, they judge depth by the weight. they put 10 plates on the bar and then go down just as far as they can and still push back up. it's funny to watch since you can see them hit that point, and every so often they accidentally go too far down and just get stapled with a "warmup weight". ::)

you're way stronger than this clown Zach, i'm sure you have the back and shoulder strength to walk out 600 with a 530 pull like you have.
-
hahaha, watch this "wonderchild"....notice the head.

i'd have to try it out to be sure. last time i walked out with 455 i felt a little wobbly, and the most i've ever tried was 545 but that was suited with wraps. might just be a mental thing. next week i might give some heavy walkouts a go, i'm in the middle of a deload now. doing sets of squats with 185 is killing my ego.

say what you will, he squatted that weight and it almost certainly would have passed in a meet.

i agree completely, there is absolutely NOTHING to dog this kid out about, that was a very good squat and an awesome effort, very impressive for 15 years old let alone 30 plus with that type of depth, if everyone gave that type of effort you'd see alot more strong dudes.

I thought it was a rather good lift, the kid is 15 years old, he went ass to the grass, that's pretty good.

Especially if you see that he is going all the way down, look at his old man, you know he was a serious old school lifter,
must be great to have a dad like that.
-
The kid's squat is awesome. I have more respect for someone who squats 315 the right way, than I ever would the first clown

exactly and the fact that he's 15 shows you that he's very serious and has a love for lifting which is great to see.

i can't fuccking stand people who pick on kids and dog their achievements, seriously it's the most scumbaggish thing to do, that kid has more heart and desire than just about any 10 mid thirties clowns you see in nearly any gym.
-
hahaha looks like his father is drunk.
-
hahahahahahah look at the guys meltdown replies to the comments now
-
haha he should come to the board, we can make him crazy.
-
It's sad but that form is seen in every gym. Guys actually think they can squat 600lbs plus when they barely bend their knees. Hey, if it makes him happy to think he is strong more power to him. The more I'm around the iron game where most cheat the weights in bodybuilding I have developed a profound respect for Olympic lifters. You put the weight over head or you don't. There are no weak but skillful olympic lifters. Anyone who can put 300lbs over head is one scary strong and powerful human. I'll leave the 600lbs shallow squats and the 1000lbs shallow leg presses to the dopes who think they are actually strong.
