Post by: G.R.H. on November 04, 2007, 07:34:54 PM: i took animal packs waaaaaay back when when they were the "in" supplement. (it was an 80's supplement). it was nothing but glorified vitamins to me. mega man vitamins or any other super multi vitamin works just as well, and is probably cheaper.

sometimes i wonder if even i am hardcore enough for them but then i just take a look in the mirror, flex my biceps and put my hood on and laugh
