Title: Ron, Great meeting you at the NPC Sacramento !
Post by: Has Beens on November 04, 2007, 09:42:48 AM: We had a blast and are currently trying to consume as much "real food" as the body will tolerate. For those who have not met Ron, he is a pretty good guy. Oh and Issac, you are pretty cool yourself...lol

The NPC Sacramento and the IFBB Sacramento Pro Figure was held in downtown Sacramento, at the Crest Theater, which is an old style theater. Quite a very nice venue, both in style, and seating. We did take quite a lot of pics, which we should post some asap.

Met quite a number of people, and the whole weekend was a fun one

The guy who won looked good, I guess he won it cos his glutes were shredded, but he had gyno for christ sake. You should have taken the overall has beens, but we cant win em all........Doin any other shows this year??

Thanks for the complement. I am done, at 44 it is very tough getting into shape and the family time missed just is not worth it to me as a father. I wanted to go out at my best, so I am content with the results.

dude I know you missed me, I had a family engagement that I had to go to ( my lady would have killed me if i didnt show up) so i had to miss the show. Im actually kind of dissapointed, i was lookin forward to meeting u guys
