I am even starting to think that Blechman has no idea what is going on behind his back... The inmates may very well be running that asylum.

Getbig reminds me of my days at Oracle Corp; Mainly a bunch of smart assholes who will literally destroy any ideas/behavior that they disagree with, which 99% of the time is common sense but took the balls and loud mouth enough to act on it.
That's what we do here and that's why we're the most credible in the "community"... a hotbed of online "natural selection of ideas"... ;D

I don't know... He certainly does lend a bit more credibility to the group.
If his assignment to the magazine was something that the HMFIC did personally, then yes, I can definitely see it as being a step towards taking some control.
If he doesn't he'll see that magazine crumble around him.

Good point. However, don't forget that 75% of the bb community hates his guts and he'll certainly clash with the freak show. Also, I don't think he's qualified to "run" such a "show" anyway...

No, he's certainly not qualified to "lead the monkeys" so to speak, and while the BB community would like to kill him, you can't deny that he's not cut from the same cloth the rest of MD is.
Time will tell if he tows some weird "freak" leash or he paves his own way that the mag.
