Title: Juicing before and after, Size + Strength

For any members out there who have juiced or been around people who have juiced share your best stories of keeping the most gains after cycling off. Im not talking about keeping gains for a few month in between cycles, im talking about guys keeping 80-90% of gains after being clean for years. Do you think its possible if you keep training hard and eating right?

i dont keep any gains what so ever, dont try to. i hate working out serious and dieting constantly, theres more to life. Ill dedicate 12 weeks to a cycle, training, dieting etc. and i mean ill really dedicate my time for that 12 weeks, never cheat on the diet, never miss a day in the gym, cardio twice a day etc etc, but then at the end i pretty much stop everything. I'll eat junk, get to the gym maybe once or twice a week at best, i lose alot of muscle and bodyfat goes up. So i guess i never really progress in a way, i always look the same at the end of the 12 weeks on as i did 6 months ago when i did the same thing. I love it though, i have so much motivation for that 12 weeks and im honestly in heaven..seeing gains and the body changing so quickly, due to the gear and muscle memory combined with such a shock to the body from the change in diet, training...its so motivating seeing the body change so quickly like that.

My last cycle over 3 years ago i did just some Deca and Stanazol and held on to most of my gains for 12 months but using Test, Anadrol,Dianabol i held on to jackshit.
Move to the steroid board better input.

funny thing is that you can get 80 percent of the gains you'd get with the juice clean if you'd train correctly and eat enough.

Maybe, emphasis on maybe, over an entire life time of training, but even then, doubtfull.

If you are talking about the first 3 to 5 years you are correct, but everyone hits their genetic potential eventually and then you quit growing at all without assistance.
