i have not used it.

i have been told that its completely useless and a waste of $$ alone

Well bro...in my thread title BINGO! the guy who wrote the article says taking an oral steroid causes a substantial increase in IGF-1 produced by the body.  So I guess you could pick a oral and kill 2 birds with 1 stone...if this guy is correct.
