Okay, I hate fruits and veggies. I do. But I don't want to die young of ass cancer, and I want to have healthy digestion.
I love baked beans. They don't give me gas, and I can eat them for days.
if I just eat beans 3 or 4 times a day with most meals, and take my vitamins (C, E, Bs, and multi), and have maybe 1-2 cups of juice per day...
do I really NEED fruits and veggies?

good advice.
veggies are a must IMO....nutrient dense and low glycemic....add them no matter what.
as for fruits, they're good if youre not trying to lose weight...

You're nuts fruits/veggies are vital to sustain life, for many different reasons ranging from digestion to blood cleaning to free radical scavaging and anti-oxidants. At the very least take something like greens+ veggie caps or something.

yes you need veggies, there are probably 1000's of phytonutrients in food we havent discovered, we know little about synergy and vitamin c pills have no cofactors.
eat veggies with every meal, a couple serving of fruit a day. bake beans contain the polysaccharide raffinose, and are hard to digest, overworking the bacteria which break down this carb. your asking for dysbiosis with all that shit.
EAT FRUIT AND VEGGIES.

broccoli is great for the immune system and anti-cancer.
Beans are legumes, not veggies ( no idea the difference) but i LOVE green beans.
Hate veggies?? try them different ways: cooked broc. makes me vomit, but fresh, eat it all date. conversely, Id rather beat my face in a wall than eat fresh spinach but lightly cooked, love it!
do you like working abs? no, but you do anyway: eat your veggies!!

try canned veggies
why?
simple, easy, no mess, flip top opening etc etc
AND the latest reports are that canned veggies are the most nutrient dense bc they're picked and canned right away. No lag time sitting around oxidizing.
Also try microwaveable Birdseye ""Specially Seasoned" veggies-----WONDERFUL

Fruits and veggies will kill you man. Steak and cheesecake are the only way to go ;D
