It changes all the time depending on workrequirements.
I train nearly every day but not always weights.
If I am tired I just do cradio, I have to feel good to do weights.

yeah 3-4 days a week in the gym, but I do some kind of exercise every day.

keep it simple. do the basics.

Cardio/agility training 2 days a week.
i also rest on sunday.

Surprisingly tough. Just finished the 1st week, so at the end of next week i will be doing all 10 reps instead of 15 for 2 weeks, then after that down to 5 reps. When you use such lightweight but use really strict, controlled form, it is a lot harder than you think. I mean lat raises with 15lb dumbbells doesn't sound too tough, but when you really focus on using the delts to lift them, it surprisingly tough. All in all good though, looking forward to the 5 rep weeks. Id recommend it for someone wanting a change from the typical workouts.

Lately I've been doing cardio on off days

changes with the given programm (volume, intensity, which musclegroups together or not...)
1. 3 workouts every 5 days
2. 3 workouts every 6 days
3. 4 workouts every week
mostly in this order....starting out with medium weights and medium volume in Phase 1, as the training gets heavier and more intense i switch to phase 2, and for the last weeks Phase 4 (heaviest weights).
After this cycle i rest for a few days (about 5-7), and start working out again....
