if your going keto, throw in some real foods in there, Bacon, sausage, Beef, etc, do n't be afraid of fat.. 8)

i think its a real bad diet for health to be honest, your missing so many nutrients its not funny.
dude, seriously, add some more veggies, a very wide variety, red, green, leafy etc....
add in some green tea as well.
but overall it would be decent for fat loss but it looks shitty for health purposes.

this was suggested to me by a top level competitor from the 1990's whom i just had the pleasure of meeting and talking with for the first couple times over the last week...
i am going to try it out next week and let you guys know how it goes.
-
add a cup of white rice to each of those meals and some red meat to the mix and you'll be good to go.
-
how long you gonna diet? you gonna live on broccoli and proteinshakes 7 times a week for months?
sounds like torture

it will be good for composition, but brutal on health.
no doubt you will get in shape.

i am NOT doing this diet, at least not right now.
i am doing the bodyopus diet from dan duchaine, starting today. (well, this morning)
-
How many calories you getting on the bodyopus diet per day? Also what will be your carb uptake on the 2 day change?
-
i worked out a 2400 calorie diet for the body opus. and i havent worked the glycogen load out yet...i am thinking about doing an abbreviated laod up that would do 1500 grams in 30 hours, utilizing glusose disposal agents and Hydroxycitric Acid, that is described in another book that coincides with bodyopus but is designed for a pre-contest bodybuilder.

But you're not a pre-contest bodybuilder, nor even close to the LBM or BF of one. Follow the diet as designed without throwing in your own modifications for best results.

well i think the modification is set up for anyone wishing to cut fat as quickly as possible, its a sacrifice, not a "slack-off" move...shortening up the carb up is supposed to accelerate fat burning and ketosis at the cost of energy levels in the gym during the following week.. other than that i am following the diet specifications to a "t"

lean mass of 170
I have something that i need to find and ill get back to you...
however, i think that 25 grams of carbs per pound of LBM will be fine the first 24 hours, then 18 for the second 24 or whatever remaining hours of the carb up..
so 25 *170=4250/4=1062 grams of carbs the first day...then 170*18=764 the second day...However, you are to have 70% of calories coming from carbs....during the refeed or carb up
ok, nevermind your Carb load numbers are on the money... ;D
