Ohhh...he has had his trap open...He guranteed a victory over some teams. I have went to a few Tampa/Miami games and seen some guy named Rudd who plays on Tampa who looks better then OLD JOEY

Well, he's 30 years old and still a starter for an NFL team, no matter the record. That's a lot more than a lot of other hopefuls in training camp can aspire to be for the 2007 NFL season.
Earl, Harrison has proven to be more than capable replacement. Damn good player, no doubt. Pittsburgh has a great scouting department.

What the hell is Lemarr Woodley doing? 3 sacks as a rookie and i know he is not a starter but he should give back his game checks.

To think the Ravens had him also, and cut him. Bad mistake by both Pittsburgh, then the Ravens. At least Pittsburgh resigned him. Six forced fumbles, 6.5 sacks, 65 tackles and one int. Not bad for an UDFA. I loved Peezy, but Silverback is MUCH better at this point in their respective careers. The only downside is he is old, I am glad they got Woodley and Timmons in the wing.

I agree. Pitt , NE , Da Bears and Baltimore are very good at finding defensive talent.

Since when is 30 considered old?? Even in pro football, being 30 years old nowadays doesn't necessarily mean the end of your career is on the horizon. Pro athletes in this day and age are on another level from just a decade ago. Terrell Owens turns 34 next month and he's leading the NFC in touchdown catches, for example. And look what Brett Favre is still doing and he's almost 40.
So ridiculous....

Not that he is too old, but his service life in the league will be less. He isn't young like Woodley and Timmons. He is a FORCE, and can be a force, but at what point will the Rooney's have to make a decision, much like they did with Peezy to cut ties and go with a younger player who can get the job done for less. Stillers parted with Levon Kirkland, Chad Brown, Jason Gildon, Hardy Nickerson to go with younger talent.

Yeah, if you can call that playing. Other than guaranteein victory, I haven't seen too many highlights or stats on Peezy.
