for post workout.  Been using it.  Taste is fair to good. But that's better than their other product that tasted like rancid strawberry beer.

Mixes okay, but use a spoon if you can to avoid chunks...break them up with the back of the spoon

nutrabolics seems to have some legit products, Anabolic Window for one looks to be pretty good
