ARE THERE ANY GOOD NATURAL TEST BOOSTERS? AND IF SO THEN WHAT ARE THEY...ALSO WHAT OTHER ALTERNATIVES TO TAKING PRODUCTS LIKE NOXPLOD AND SUPER PUMP 250...I AVE TRIED NOXPLOD AND YES IT GAVE ME AN ENERGY SPIKE BUT IT IS EXPENSIVE AND I DONT KNOW IF IT WORTH IT SO I HAVENT BOUGHT IT BUT MY BUDDY SWEARS BY IT...ALL OPINIONS ARE APPRECIATED...THANKS BROS
-
as far as test boosters i have the same ?
but as far as the n.o. xplode yes it gives me alot of energy and decent pumps but that is just temorary anyways. Another alternative is some sort of caffiene, im a huge fan of energy drinks, or you can also mix a cpl tablespoons of coffee crystals in with your protein shakes.
-
the other problem i have with the noxplod is that the times ive taken it it works well on an empty stomach but loses alot of power if youve eaten within like a hour of taking it...now coffee crystals in protien sounds interesting im gonna give that a go thanks br0

With both caffeine and Tribulus, it meets your test AND energy enhancing needs in just 8 lil' ounces.

ANIMAL STAK2 is good as a test booster

There are NO herbal test boosters that are proven to work. Don't believe the hype.
The ones that work are steroidal aromatase inhibitors, but with them come other problems (low estrogen is no good).
-
i have heard the same thing about the boosters as far as them not working to well. i think the key ingredients are hard work, protein, creatine, and diet.
-
i got another question...everyone says different things but 2 very popular things are to take products like noxplod with the creatine and arginine preworkout on a light or empty stomach and the other is take 20g of whey protein preworkout which is better in your opinions? i currently take a serving a creatine preworkout along with a 2g of L-carnitine the protein (which is usually a shake) comes at least an hour maybe a little more before i even get to the gym...
-
IMO the no xplode will give you more energy, but the protein etc. is better for building muscle and your actual goals. I'd find something that will jack you up, that includes the protein as well, if possible.
-
The best test boosters are lifting large (ie; squats) and heavy along with plenty of rest.
-
thats some sound natural advice princess...i think that i am going to stick with my creatine pre workout and immediate post workout...then take my protein 30 minutes after...thanks forthe advice everyone...

They All are BS, and take mass from your wallet and add it to the supplement scammer's wallet.
Red meat and Potatoes or rice and veggies after heavy work and recover for a lean guy.
Make sure theres enough fat, including COLESTOROL in your diet. If you have too high body Fat, this is not a option unless you cut total calories to about maintenance. Get rid of the high GI carbs and trade for the beef and egg yolk fats calories.
SHort intense workouts of 1 1/2 Hr max. Enough sleep to feel recoverd. No intense cardio.
Look at a distance runner for a clue.

awesome adivce...but a few things i would say...
you should exchange as many carbs for as many fats as you can. ideally, you want the bulk of your energy calories coming from fats. NOT carbs. you should eat plenty of whole eggs and meat, and even some cheeses. keep your lean proteins like chicken and tuna and turkey for later in the day..eat less fat as the day progresses. as for carbs, i would suggest that your only source of carbs be vegetables. ideally, only nutritious, fibrous, antii-oxidant packed vegetables with low gi ratings. this means no carrots or corn...but lots of broccoli, green leafy lettuce, celery, and cucumbers.. drink 8 full glasses of water a day! this doesnt include diet soda and tea or anythng else. view water as a supplement that you have to take 8 times daily. remember...muscle is almost 80 percent water, and only 20% protein.. so as far as the importance of nutrients and supplements, drinking water 8 times daily far exceeds drinking a protien shake post workout!
for the workouts, i wouldnt go any longer than ONE hour. any more than this and your test levels will fall dramatically.
8 hours or more of sleep!
cardio should be done, low intensity, 30-40 minutes; either first thing in the morning or right after hittin the weights. the frequency is dependant upon your goals, and where you are now. you could just do it once or twice a week, if you are trying to build a ton of muscle. or you could do it every day twice a day, if your main goal was fat loss while maintaining muscle.

red meat, adequate sleep, cruciferous vegetables
