So I spent some $$$ and fixed a nice little home gym up for myself
got
-rubber flooring
-treadmill
-power rack----real nice and solid, no bargain basement crap
-adjustable bench---again very solid and sturdy---used the same model before, normally I wouldnt have gotten an adjustable but since Ive already lifted on it and seen teh quality I bought it
-olympic barbell and weights
-ez curl bar
-dumbell rack with dumbells 5-50lbs, have heavier dumbells on order (solid one piece hexagnol dumbells, no cheap shit)
-seat (to shoulders and etc on)
with the barbell I can pretty much do everything-----and once I get heavier dumbells I can really do everything
this thread is for the purpose of people to suggest exercises I can do with just this equipment---------I know a lot of people here have some really creative and good advice to offer

most freeweight exercises obviously

oh really I thought I might do cables ::)
its great to see you still troll even as a moderator

-Rack Chins
-Glute Ham Raises
-Rack Deads
-Rack Lockouts
-Rack Good Mornings
-Military Press off the pins
-Pullups
-V-bar Chins
-Bodyweight Tricep Extensions
And ofcourse you could always use the rack for barbell curls without being ridiculed for it :D

You've got pretty much everything you'll ever need (other than increasing the weight of dumbells obviously) and you can have some excellent workouts with that sort of equipment - if I had the money and the space I would buy exactly the same as what you've got too - no need to mess around with cables and the like.
My only criticism would be as that you'll have to get used to doing nothing but squats and reverse squats for quads - maybe not a bad thing though.
