on my first course of test e what results can i expect if my rest and nutrition are all in check (for both size and strength gains)

There is to many things to take into consideration to answer this question precisley. Alot of it will be in your genetics and how you respond to the drug, along with doing proper PCT. You also didn't say how much and how long you were planning on taking it.

If your a low fat, muscular hard gainer with the lifts down and strong....
You could see 20lbs of lovely swell on your frame in a couple weeks.

Nice increase in strength, major sex drive, tons of energy...

SOunds good? Learn up about how to best keep as much of it as you can and realise that your natural testo levels will be comprimised for a spell.
Nobody enjoys coming off, that keeps lots of guys on.

I agree, alot of it also depends on how you train when you come off. Some guys come off and forget to keep training just as hard. Remember it's not all about sticking yourself, it's also how hard you work to use AAS to it's full benefit.

Expect your strength and mass to go up...what more do you want?

some people respond better than others. my friend did the same exact cycle as me... i got claimed on for doing juice and he never did...im also shorter though..if you are short and already strong and a good size you should be pretty big.. its hard to tell as much when its yourself take a picture at your peak and then when you come off after awhile look at the pic you will see how big you really were always a good way to tell

Some guys can swell up so fast its scary to the GF etc.
I think lean and muscualr to start shows it a lot more that a guy with fat and water.
