Title: Raw Saw Palmetto

I just figured I was taking Saw Palmetto and the woods are full of the stuff.

Is it safe to eat the raw berries?

I gotta quit peeing so much in the night, it's screwing my sleep....

Dunno, but I'd consider seeing an urologist.
