1983=2
1984=3
1985=4
1986=5
1987=6
1988=7
1989=8
1990=9
1991=10
1992=11
1993=12
1994=13
1995=14
1996=15
1997=16
1998=17
1999=18
2000=19
2001=20

2004=23
2005=24
2006=25

weird the way it works...but in years, it's 25

1982-1992= 10 years
1992-2002= 10 years

2002-2007= 5 years

total- 25 years

You have to account for the entire year of 1982, which adds a year...winners from 82-92 account for 11 names, not 10

When you have your first birthday you are 1 years old already. You don't count the year till its over .

Are they planning to bring back past NPC overall winners (pay you own air fare)
or at least do a multi-media presentation

From '82 to '83 is ONE year. Not '82 alone as a year.
