Is it possible to channel spiritual energy into raw power?

I think this corresponds with chakras and I was wondering what others thought of this. The ability to center your spiritual energy into a part of your body to make it stronger over time with training.

I believe I have unlocked some of my potential for strength, but I am still bound by small things in my life.
