For the past 3 days I have been having this urge to urinate every 10 minutes. I have no burning, no pain, no blood. I tested the urine with a test strip from Walgreens to check for infection and that was Negative. I looked at the enlarged prostate symptoms and I do not think it is that. This happened after one of my brutal leg workouts. ::) Not sure if it is coincidence. This is getting old FAST. Anyone else ever have this issue after squats? Or at all for that matter.

Are you taking anything to cut, or antyhign like that? Did you recently start drinking coffee? I find when im on eca or in a coffee binge i piss all the time

I wouldn't put a lot of faith in those cheap test strips...
Do you have a fever as well? Bottom line go see your doc

I did see a doc. Don't have an infection, no fever. getting blood drawn tomorrow just in case but probably nothing.

Well heavy squats could be restricting the bladder's capicity to hold onto the urine therefore more frequent peeing. Maybe you strained your bladder from the heavy sqauts. Or maybe you have an infection in your bladder.

I am thinking it had to of been the squats. It happened that morning. I am just now starting to feel normal again. Think I will lay off the heavy squats for a little while. It may have been stress also since I just lost a close family member too. Who knows man.

Oh you didnt mention stress before,,,that is a HUGE factor,,,it probably was stress,,symptoms for overly aggressive bladder usually are from stress related activites or just stress.

if you eating low carbs and natural foods, the low sodium content doesn't allow your body to retain a lot of fluids, so you'll be going to the bathroom every few minutes

been a month - how did the frequent urination work out for you?

everything is back to normal. ;D
I am thinking I strained something in there after my leg workout. That and anxiety over it made it worse I am sure.
