Forgive my tired eyes but what exactly are you trying to say?
I mean besides that I am a fool?
If I could decipher your incoherent attempt at communication, I might think that you are stating the US has tolled 3863 casualties since the war's inception.
Do you even know what a casualty is?
Judging by your addled posting, I don't think so.
So rather than play cat 'n' mouse with you, I'll save you the time and further embarrassment that you've brought upon yourself:
"Casualty" refers to all persons lost to active military service, which includes those killed in action, killed by disease, disabled by physical or mental injuries, captured, deserted, and missing.
So you see, "casualty" refers to deaths, injuries, desertion, and mia.
So how many casualties has the US suffered in Iraq?
We don't know for sure due to the character of the news coming out of the civil war zone.
Here's a high of 50,000: Report: 50,000 American casualties in Iraq http://en.wikinews.org/wiki/Report:_50%2C000_American_casualties_in_Iraq
Then there's the figure from Anti-war.com which shows over 28000 injured and over 3000 dead.
That's 31,000 casualties. That's the same # provided by your own cited source: http://siadapp.dmdc.osd.mil/personnel/CASUALTY/OIF-Total-by-month.pdf
Now what was the point of you making this thread again? I don't think that you had "making yourself look like a retarded Gomer Pyle" at the top of your list of reasons. But by golly, there it is. Shazaam!

There are actually more Iraq War vets committing suicide than soldiers killed in Iraq.
1.What does that say about the Military as a employer?
2. What does it say about the legitimacy of the war?
3. What does it say about the post-war follow up by the Military?

Here in New Jersey, the Star ledger is writing on the toll of this war is taking on Military.
We have a rising amount of vets who are homeless, it is growing as they come home from the mideast.
And the Desertions....the percentage is up and possibly tied to combat stress.
I support the troops. Politicians suck.

Its say that war sucks and people have a hard time dealing with it..unfortunatley we have no choice..unless u want to pray to Mecca.
Legitimacy..nothing at all. Soldiers don't make policy
What are u worried about..ur not in and won't have to deal with it. But unlike the bullshit myths of the vietnam vets and homelessness and all the PTSD crap...it won't happen this time. We won't let the left exaggerate and blame every thing on the disgruntled vets. How many of these homeless are from OIF/OEF. We had some from Vietnam because they were draftee's getting out after their Nam rotation. We'll see.

they feel the wrath of president Saddam Hussein as we speak.

How's the Muslim invasion of the Netherlands going over there for you? ;D
-
Why not?
because while the majority of us don't like how the war started, we don't want to see our fallen brother's lives wasted. This thing needs to be seen through and it will be better for the US in the end.

Seen through? What exactly is the end goal? They don't even state that. Incidentally the same thing was said about Vietnam but at the end of the day it doesn't matter as the USA is going broke and can't afford the war anymore.
-
lol, well i dont have a problem with muslim people, its more a small part of the marrocan youth who are criminals and terrorize large numbers of people in small groups all over the country. not only they do damage to our people but also to the image of the muslim community in general.

I know we haven't conversed on here in the past, but I do believe we removed Saddam for peace to help us secure oil and restore security in the region

I respect your honesty, big time.
These are the reasons I'm okay with US kicking the shit out of everyone over there - setting up bases and grabbing oil. THe pendulum HAS to swing though - bush would start 4 wars if he thought he could do it. Next prez (likely a dem) will scale back war (keeping the oil and bases of course!) and fix american rights, domestic ecnomy.
ANyone who wants 8 more years of a repub is silly. These things need to be cyclical.

Like I have said in the past, If a dem wants to have me sit home everynight collecting essentially the same paycheck I do when I am in Iraq...fine...I am not anti-dem because of the war, I am anti dem because of domestic policies and their handout philosophy. If you haven't noticed troop withdral has already begun..what you might not see is that they are being replaced with civilians...kind of a smoke and mirrors trick....

yeah, but our kids are footing the bill for these pvt contractors.
i would like to see 40K us troops, 20k blackwater/haliburton guys, and 300k Iraqi employees taking the bullets.
Sometimes it confuses me when people want otherwise... THey WANT our men fighting on the frontlines? WHY? Makes no sense to me. Let the iraqi police take those bullets, let our guys manage and train.

The US removed Saddam because he was threatening the Dollar Petro Cycle....

They cant leave, they wont leave - NEVER.
This is about World oil security. Democracy dont mean shit there or anywhere. Money does.
Bush made the mother of all Fuck ups thinking throwing out Saddam would be good for Oil interests, boy was he wrong.
Soldiers bear the heaviest burden of his stupidity. Take a trip thru any VA psych ward, I do often.
Aint no empty bed there kids. This is a disaster.
My respect to all the troops, a idiot has squandered the greatest military machine of history, and messed up the entire western world.
Now liberal politicians can take over and fix it all? ;D :'(
