Title: Homemade NO supplement?

What do you reckon about mixing L-arginine (opening capsules and emptying powder) dextrose, caffiene and 5g of mono with some grape juice????


If so, how much arginine you recommend?

While training I put 5 grams of L-Arginine & 5 grams of Taurine into my water bottle. I'll also add a Crystal Light packet to it - if I train in the morning I'll add the ones with caffiene.

does it still give you that pumped/buzzing feeling?

im just wondering whether that's from other unlabled crap they put into NO products?

I notice a little bit of a difference if I have a fairly empty stomach. I usually eat about two hours before training so it's not a problem.

What's the point of emptying all those pills?  Why not just wash them down when you drink your grape juice concoction?

i did something like that but i fucked it up a big. I used powder creatine mono...no2 pills (crushed) and hydroxy cuts (regular) opened up the capsule and some grape juice......it was nasty

the dextrose requires digestion and would take away from the effects of the arginine. Use Ethyl ester arginine and thank me later. No longer will you need 9-12 pills all day long., Stuff works fast, much faster than akg and you use way less.

i use 5 grm glut/creat/3grm argpill/40 whey nice pump.full for at least 2 hrs after wkout after adding more carbs after lifting.

If you can get it, swap the dextrose with Waxy Maize....

4-5 l-arg caps
5g creatine mono
350ml grape/o juice
100mg caffiene

Will let you know if its beneficial in any way  ;D

Well I gave it a try 10 mins before back workout yesterday

I used 5g creatine mono, 30g dex (6 teaspoons) 3 caffiene tabs (150mg/same as lg can red bull) fruit juice and 4 50mg arginine caps (emptied powder)

stuff was great, and no bad taste. Gave me just as good a pump as No explode and NO shotgun and was a lot more vascular during workout.

Focus was great and all in all (had creatine anyway) only cost me $15 for the months ingredients.

Gonna try with 6 caps of arg next time (3g) and ill post if theres any difference.

so how much just out of curiousity was the whole price for the all the ingredients?  and you honestly believe that it gives you as good a pump as an item like No-xplod...im just wondering because i do like no-xplod quite a bit and am intrigued at making your own plus i like that you are able to tweak the ingredients to suit your personal composition...very interesting

I get the dextrose from my local pharmacy its like £1.50 per kg ($3), the creatine mono is only $20 for a months worth from gnc etc, arginine caps were $10 for 90 caps (about 18-20 workouts worth) and caffiene tabs are cheap as dirt

all in all its costs roughly $1.50 per drink

I had the creatine in the cupboard so only cost me about $1 a drink for arg/dex/caff etc.

Take it about 30min before you train to 60min. I used to stick a teaspoon of arginine into my mouth and down it with black filter coffee and ephedrine. Tasted like shit , I was young , the taste drove me to train harder and atleast I felt hard  ;D did get a pump for sure  8)

the stuff worked good man, got a better pump than no-explode

made a drink for my mate chris (hes been training for a few months) adn he said really loudly halfway through the workout "Dan this Zarganon shit is great man!!" I was like haha wtf
