Any Mentula fans on here?  His physique is not consistent with recent Mr. O standards but I like it.  Especially offseason!  :D

This topic should be in the sex boards for what BayGBM is seeing, but he does have a good physique from the front and side.

The one thing I see as GLARING is the lack of LAT development. His legs are great. Torso looks elongated (maybe due to not enough lat width and thickness) Overall he looks great. I would say he should work on LAT width and thickness: Rowing, Pullups/Pulldowns, seated rows, pullovers etc should help. Get the back together and he should be great

Wow really? Those specifically? Pretty sure hes already doing them, since you listed almost every main back excersize.  Do you think he's just been doing bosu ball work?

Lats and arms need work... but he's still in the oven.  ;)

Yep, one of my country men...

He competed years and years in the bench pressing too, won the European championships etc. but now that he concentrates only on bodybuilding i think he will progress at good rate.

He's 34 in April.
