Title: When fat people lie about super-disciplined diets
Post by: Mad Nickels on November 17, 2007, 02:45:39 PM
This chubby 18-year old was at my gym, rattling to the girl at the desk about his super diet.  "I only drink water - soda and anything else is poison.  I only eat pasta and boiled chicken - fast food is for weaklings."

All this while, this kid looks like squadfatter's little brother.

I wish people like this could be publicly branded as the idiots that they are.

Correct.  Just as I look at someone with prison tats and determine they are a detriment to society, or as I look at a person getting welfare and have the urge to off them on the spot and save the taxpayers a few dollars.

But, this politically correct BS society prevents such things.

fat people are just as worthy as skinny people. but fat people who are delsuional about their fatness and/or lie about what they eat definitely are lesser people because of that.

but a person who loves to eat and is fine with the consequences of doing so is fine by me. most fat people that know they are fat and dont care are actually pretty cool/funny people that make good company

Not if they're really disgustingly fat they're not.  It shows they have no self-respect.  And if they can't respect themselves enough that they're willing to go through life as a fat tub of shit waiting for a heart attack or diabetes to claim them, why in god's name should I respect them?

Their lack of willpower is sickening!  >:(

There is some truth to what he is saying ...most fat people would insist that they don't eat much or eat very little on average. And that god magically makes them gain weight.

Alsomost would insist that they eat a healthy and clean diet...what they don't tell you about is the whole cheese cake top with icecream and marshmellows hat they eat every night right before bed

Fat accumulation is about energy balance.  No matter what these porkers say they do, if they're fat they are eating more calories than they're burning, period.  ::)

I hate fat Ho's.  They are angry at the world and it's always someone else's fault.  I like how when these shows makeover hot skanks with a fat suite. They get treated like they have aids.  Nobody f-ucks with them....lol.   Well except the black dudes and Bluto. Fat people live in denial all day everyday.  I am sure you did too Candickle.

How about every military leader from the dawn of civilization until the middle ages?  Prior to the advent of gunpowder, martial traditions were very similar to what we today would call a "bodybuilding lifestyle".

(think Alexander the Great or King Leonidas of Sparta)

But at the same time, after a few years of a bodybuilding diet, we dont find we eat so much. At least i personally dont think i eat a whole lot. Yet all my friends always comment on how much/often i eat. Once you're used to something, it doesn't seem excessive. And no I'm not fat.

The low self esteem these fat asses have was brought on by them and no one else.  If they don't give a shit that they are 400 lbs then why would they care what people say.

you might eat a lot but at least (i assume)you work out and don't eat Taco Bell and shit 24/7.

A lot of times they actually don't believe they're lying.

The number one cause of failure on a supervised diet is under reporting of calories. Most of the time people think they're eating one cup of pasta when they're really eating two. Then they think "creamy" marinara sauce is the same as marinara sauce. Oh, and they just had a "little" Parmesan cheese.

"bigotry"?  ::)   So now you are equating being a fatass with being Black or being Jewish?  ::) ::)

Sorry, Vinny, but fatness is a self-imposed negative condition that is reversable... it's not something you're born with and is forever part of who you are.  By using the word "bigot" what talking about people who speak negatively of obesity, you are seriously insulting racial and religious minorities who have been victims of true bigotry.

Or do you just do this to try to justify your own sloth and gluttony?

You're completely correct, but I'm just talkin about how one views the amount of food they eat.
