Title: Dorian 1996 BFTO.

He was down in size for that year's O - he depleted a lot of his mass trying to dry out due to the fact that he couldn't use diuretics -, but he still was dry as hell. He rightfully points outt hat size was only one of the reasons why he won Olymp[ias, and that his competitors were mistaken in trying to defeat him by playing the size game. Enjoy.

No Dorian used standard protocol such as testosterone and deca with the addition of growth hormone. He did not use insulin or diuretics. Why would he use diuretics? He was ready for the contest 3 weeks out and could manipulate his water levels with his nutrition. I have no reason to believe Dorian was lying as he has always been forthcoming with his drug use (such as him admitting his use of growth hormone prior to 1992).

Can't recall him ever saying that he never used diuretics. May well be wrong. Was it in a seminar?
