Post by: Charlys69 on November 18, 2007, 11:59:39 AM: i saw him several times in Markus Rühl Gym training (Ottwald Gym, former "Larrys Gym"). But also he trains in Mainz (Outback Gym). He´s living in Hattersheim, which is just 5 Minutes away from Frankfurt.
He started out with competition around 40. Before Bodybuilding he played "Soccer".
His biggest win was the European Champ in the over 40 class. Last week Gunnar qualified for the german team in the World Championships Seniors & Juniors in Budapest/Hungary.
His "trademark" is his beard......

You can see Gunnar in this clip up from 03:45 Minutes. The German show master Stefan Raab (very popular here)
want to touch his beard, but Gunnar don`t like it.....

Stache is no big deal...BUT, if a class came down to him and another...and they were tied, he may lose bc of the distraction....
