On mayhem you once told Tom Prince that after he totally quit the gear he would gradually lose all of the weight and Tom said it was impossible for him to get BELOW 230.

no you need more gear.
230 is only obtainable with good body composition on a lot of gear.
It's not worth it. You have a good life going for yourself, channel your frustration with your physique plateaus into achievement in your career. Juicing at the levels you will need to to hit 230 and hard will most likely take a toll on your health.

yeah maybe with a few years of light cycling. Truth is I really don't know how much is achievable on HRT or similarly low doses of gear for experienced trainers.

I can't see getting to 230 naturally anymore. I do use some creatine and other b.s. supps. . Adds 5 pounds, of nothing but water.

Good advice. I would assume most on here deal with similar issues of wanting to be bigger and bigger. Training with freakin Milne probably doesn't help my complex much. haha

If you're over 5'10", you should already be 230lbs if you ever plan on doing well in competition. But if you're not pursuing competition there is no need for you to compromise your "good physique" for the sake of being "huge". In any case, God Bless!

Eat more and train harder, you can get to 230 without juice. How much muscle did you keep from that cycle? You got some gyno on the left tit, is that from your past cycle?

you're too hooked up on the numbers, go by the mirror, you look great. there is a guy in my gym who's around your weight and desperately wants to be 230, even if the extra weight is all fat, just to "see how it feels to be 230" and to push more weight. what's the point?

you dont need juice to get bigger muscles. Just eat..lift..sleep. Stupid how so many people think to take steroids just to add weight.

Im just curious how much someone keeps after a cycle, thats all. 5/6 pounds is not a lot, how much did you gain from the cycle?
And yes i know what gyno is, i got teen-gyno so i know. Its visible that your left pec is lower than your right and more saggy. Thats why i asked. No need for you to roll eyes and get pissed, you look good.

very good upper body,,dianabol and testosterone for 8 weeks will put you at 245lb,,do yourself a favour and go with legit pharma ,,same thing again 2 months later will put you at 260lb ,,then you cut it back to 230lb that you want using the right products and we shall see you in a state level competition ,,if you have the legs that is

you look like you could easily go ABOVE 230. you have a great frame and are already a good size.
i figure you'll be posting pictures of you at 230 within the next couple months.
Good stuff, will keep pushing and update in three or four months with new pics. Holiday season around the corner should help.

f'in excellent build! you probably have a hard time getting to 230lbs cause whatever you eat you burn up with the muscle mass and a f'in superhuman metabolism. i'd say just overdose on the protein a little more, and that should beef you up to 230. either way, you look like a f'in powerhouse! why the angry look though? you look like you wanna punch a few holes in a brick wall somewhere. easy dude! easy! 8)
