the ulnar never rubbed against the bone and it caused inflammation, so the doctor moved the nerve.

Be proud of your strong nose, it is a sign of strength and masculinity. Well at least that is what my mother told me ;D

That sucks. Pinched mine a few months ago - lost feeling in my left had. Still only have about half my grip strength.

Yep, C7, 8, T1

You lose sensation of your pinky, ring, and half of your middle finger.

You got it. Still have a little numbness. However, I make do & continue to lift what I can, just a little lighter then usual.

1. His natural frame owns your juiced up tennis structure

2. Do you know who Paul Dillet is?  His structure from head to toe was awesome.

3. Bast has to build his calves.  That's a lot different than building up his body like you need to.

I learn, incite arguments and enjoy finding out ways to make my life with women easier...or at least make sense.  Maybe they can give you advice on hair pieces and nipple reductions for that ugly whore you posted.

Fun fact:  You claim more juice usage than Milos Sarcev and look smaller than Milamar.
Fun fact:  You posted numerous gay Euro BBers.  Weird...
Fun fact:  Bast owns you on muscle size, shape and follicular length.

X legs?

Recap on what happened to your el-bro?

Recap on what happened to your el-bro?

my joints just suck ass.  I had bad tendinitis, and it the nerve was somewhat pinched.  It was always inflamed and it was getting worse so I had it fixed.    The thing is my knee (the one that wasn't operated on for torn ACL) has tendinitis that doesn't seem to go away (i've been resting for many weeks), and my other elbow isn't that great either.

thank you.

yes I will use light weights, unless I can do an exercise without pain.   Also I'm gonna try doing fewer sets.

I just bought glucosamine condroiton, we'll see if this shit helps.

I have problems with my right elbow and shoulder.. But never to point where I need surgery, as they always kinda heal by themselves at the cost of losing strength.

Hope you recover fast. You had a great physique and still probably do.
